ADEDOYIN ADEYINKA – Chairman
Mr. Adedoyin Adeyinka is the Chairman of the company. He holds an MBA from the Lagos Business School and a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology Akure. An Alumnus of the London Business School, Mr Adeyinka has an extensive experience in the oil and gas industry and Marine Logistics.
He is currently the Managing Director/CEO of Acorn Petroleum Plc, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Global Property Facilities Management company, Director Unico Marine DWC LLC and Director, Elizabeth Shipping Ltd.
Bobo Ataga – Director
Mrs. Bobo Ataga is a Director of the company. She holds a Masters Degree in Global Human Reosurces Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelors Degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife.
Mrs Ataga has had over 30 years post graduate experience both locally and Internationally having worked with Bank of America, Caverton Group and Acorn Petroleum Plc amongst others.
She has also attended the Executive Development Program of the Cranfield School of Management.
George Francis – Director
Mr. George Francis obtained his first degree in Political Science from the University of Maiduguri and a Masters Degree from the Lagos State University. A consummate entrepreneur and social commentator, Mr George has been instrumental in setting up and promoting several companies and initiatives in the Petroleum and Power sectors.
He currently sits on the board several companies including Navitus Power Company.
Aminu Adamu Ciroma – Director
Alhaji Aminu Adamu is a Legal Practitioner of repute and a well known investor. He obtained his degree in law from Bayero University Kano and the Nigerian Law School. He is the principal partner at the law firm Aminu Ciroma and Co and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lakeshore Construction Company.
